Monthly contributions are applied as an account credit and may be used toward any treatment. Credits accumulate over time and remain on your account, even if your membership is paused or cancelled.
Membership benefits - including preferred pricing, complimentary treatments, and priority booking - are active only while membership is current and do not extend beyond cancellation.
Complimentary treatments must be used within the active membership period.
Preferred member pricing is applied to individual treatments and is not combined with package rates or promotional offerings. Clients are always guided toward the option that provides the most value.
